Artistic Entrances Door Warranty

At Artistic Entrances, we stand behind the quality of our products. Not All items, but most of them come with a [30-day / 60-day / 1-year] warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defects or functional failures under normal use.

What's Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Product malfunctions under normal use

  • Defective parts or components

What's Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Loss or theft

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

  1. Contact our customer support at info@artisticentrances.co with your order number and a description of the issue.

  2. Include clear photos or videos of the product and the defect.

  3. Our team will review your case and provide a solution within 3–5 business days.

Depending on the case, we may offer:

  • A replacement item

  • A repair (if applicable)

  • A partial or full refund

Important Notes:

  • Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period.

  • We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet the outlined conditions.

Return Policy

You may return most items up to 14 days after purchase with written approval by Discount Doors Center. For any non-defective product, unauthorized return or unreasonable reject receiving item after it is shipped, 15% restocking fee will be applied, buyer will pay for return shipping costs and original shipping will not refund.

If a product is damaged by the customer the product is not eligible for a return which includes but is not limited to; Improper Storage, Careless Unpackaging, Unprofessional Installation, Inadequate Overhang, Normal Ware & Tear, and Break ins.

If the product is damaged during shipping you must file the claim WITHIN 24 HOURS of receiving.

IF YOU INSTALL YOUR PRODUCT, you are accepting the product in it's condition.

All items must be returned in original condition with all shipping packages. Please file claims to: INFO@APPDOORS.COM

Cancel Order

Canceled orders must be made within 24 hours by email to: info@artisticentrances.com Mon-Fri. All cancelled orders must be confirmed in writing by email. If you have not received a written confirmation from us, do not assume your order has been cancelled.
